Choosing the right size can be difficult. MammaShop provides a few tips to help you find the right size.

If you buy the belly belt before childbirth, you can either go by your waist measurement from the 8th month, or alternatively, you can subtract 8-12 cm from your waist circumference shortly before childbirth.

If you buy the belly belt after childbirth, measure your current waist circumference. The waist circumference should be measured at the navel and around.

Size S/M: fits up to a size 40 in clothing and a waist measurement of up to 98 cm.

Size L/XL: fits sizes 42-54 in clothing and a waist measurement from 101 to 140 cm.
