To return an item to us, you must follow the guide below. If you have a complaint and want to complain about a damaged item, wrong delivery, or similar, you should contact us before sending the item back. We do not always need to have defective items returned, which is why we ask you to contact us if you experience any faults or deficiencies.
Exchange/Return
If you wish to exchange for another item, you will need to place a new order on the shop for the other size/item you wish to purchase. You can conveniently return your old order at the same time you pick up your new order at the parcel shop. A GLS return label costs 48 kr., which will be deducted from your refund.
At Naturebaby, you always have a 30-day full return policy.

Complaint
If the item is broken, you should send us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with complaints over the phone, as it requires pictures of the fault to help you.
