Return

To return an item to us, please follow the guide below. If you have a complaint and want to complain about a damaged item, incorrect delivery, or similar, you must contact us before returning the item. We do not always need to have defective items returned, which is why we ask you to contact us if you experience any errors or deficiencies.

Exchange/Return

If you want to exchange for another item, you will need to place a new order on the shop for the different size/item you want to purchase. You can conveniently return your old order while picking up your new order at the pick-up point. A GLS return label costs 48 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund.

At Naturebaby, you always have a 30-day full right of return.

Complaint

If the item is broken, you must send us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with complaints over the phone, as it requires pictures of the error to be able to help you.
Therefore, send an email with attached pictures to our email: info@naturebaby.dk

Have you received a gift?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to refund money to a different card than the one used on the shop at the time of purchase.
