If you buy the belly belt before giving birth, you can either go by your waist measurement from the 8th month, or alternatively, you can subtract 8-12 cm from your waist circumference shortly before giving birth. If you buy the belly belt after giving birth, measure your current waist circumference. The waist circumference should be measured at the navel and around.

Size S/M: fits up to a size 40 in clothing and a waist measurement up to 98 cm.

Size L/XL: fits sizes 42-54 in clothing and a waist measurement from 101 to 140 cm.
