Beautiful and ergonomic retro-style dummy from BIBS.

The dummy from BIBS is the most ergonomic dummy on the market. It is made from 100% natural rubber with a valve in the teat that makes it easy for your little one to press the air out of the dummy. This allows the dummy to shape itself exactly like the mother's breast. For this reason, the dummy is the perfect choice for mothers who are afraid of disrupting breastfeeding or the child's sucking technique.

In addition to its ergonomic benefits, the dummy has a shield that curves away from the child's face, allowing the delicate skin to breathe while the dummy is in use. The shield is also equipped with air holes and a safety ring.

Storage
The dummy should always be stored clean and dry, for example in a closed box or in a dummy case. In particular, avoid placing the dummy in direct sunlight or heat, as this may weaken the natural rubber. Also refrain from sterilising the dummy with anything other than boiled water.

Cleaning
Before using the dummy for the first time, pour boiling water over it, after which it should be left to soak for 5 minutes. Do not boil the dummy. The dummy should then be sterilised regularly by pouring boiling water over it. As it is a valve dummy, liquid will enter the teat. Once the dummy has cooled, squeeze the water out of the teat to ensure hygiene.

Why is the nipple clear in the material on some dummies and matte in the material on others? Natural rubber latex is a natural material with many good properties, such as softness, tensile strength and high resistance to biting. However, latex also has natural variations in the material that may be visible in the right light. Therefore, the appearance of the nipple may vary in clarity and colour.
