RICE - Danish design in happy colors

Danish RICE is primarily characterized by a design that spans the entire happy and festive color palette.

RICE is known, among other things, for their melamine tableware. But here at Naturebaby, we have handpicked only a few items from RICE's range. For example, the beautiful storage baskets/houses in raffia.

The storage boxes are handmade in the fantastic natural material raffia. Raffia fibers come from palm leaves and originate from Madagascar. The raffia baskets and storage houses were some of RICE's very first products. They are produced in two villages in the mountains of Madagascar, where production contributes to better and more resources for the residents of the towns. The production supports, for example, more than 300 families on the Red Island.
