If you sleep on your side or have problems with back and hip pain, the pillow can help you find a comfortable sleeping position. Place the pillow between your knees and lower legs, and you will experience relief for your back. The pillow is suitable regardless of which position you lie in. If you have shoulder problems, the pillow can be used as a head pillow.
The pillow can be machine washed at 60 degrees, making it easy to keep clean and free of dust mites. By washing it with the cover on and regularly shaking the pillow into place, the lifespan of the pillow is extended. Both the cover and filling are Oeko-Tex 100 Class 1 certified.
