Cleaning and maintenance

Important: The bamboo lid must not be washed in the dishwasher and must not be soaked. The lid must only be cleaned by hand washing and should be dried off immediately after cleaning. Prolonged exposure to moisture and water can cause the bamboo to expand, crack or split over time. To preserve the bamboo's natural appearance, it is recommended to store the lid dry when not in use.

The water bottle is dishwasher safe, but to preserve the appearance and lifespan of the product, hand washing is recommended.

Note: As with other stainless steel products, in rare cases flash rust from iron particles in the dishwasher may occur. This does not affect the product's quality or food safety and can normally be easily removed with regular cleaning.
