The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from Naturebaby. These conditions apply in the event that there are no other written agreements between you as the buyer and Naturebaby
When you shop at Naturebaby, all transactions and agreements are conducted in Danish. Transactions and agreements with children and young people under 18 years can only be made by parents or another adult person who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person. At Naturebaby, you can exclusively order goods through our website. When you shop at Naturebaby, you enter into a transaction with:

Prices
All prices are in local currency and include VAT for the shipping country. Prices are daily prices.
Delivery
Our delivery times depend on which products you purchase. You can see the delivery time for each product. If the product is not in stock, you will receive an email or a call from an employee a few hours after the purchase.
Since we do not have all items in stock, delivery times can vary from approximately 1 to 14 days. Your order will be shipped when all items are packed and ready for dispatch. Therefore, the latest shipping date should be considered as the actual shipping date. 97% of all shipments arrive the day after we have sent it from our warehouse.
Delivery of goods is considered to have occurred when Post Danmark or GLS has delivered the goods to the specified delivery address, and you have received/acknowledged the goods.
We ship to Denmark, Sweden, and Greenland. The price of shipping depends on which country you are sending to. There is only free shipping over 499,- for deliveries in Denmark with the shipping method "GLS Pakkeshop".
Shipping
All shipments are sent with Post Danmark or GLS.
To track a shipment, you will immediately receive an email from us with a track-and-trace code after we have sent your order. Here you can log in to track your order.
Shipping costs can be seen when items are added to the cart and a delivery address is selected.

Some items are too large for GLS and Post Nord and will therefore incur a delivery fee of 199 or 299 DKK. This covers pallet deliveries to private addresses. This will be indicated when you proceed to payment.
If it is agreed with Naturebaby that Post Danmark or GLS may leave the delivery at et specified location on the address e.g. "May be left in carport" or "Leave at front door" or similar, this is done at your responsibility and risk.
All shipments are insured by Naturebaby. If you discover damage to the package, this must be reported to Naturebaby by contacting contact@nature-baby.com.
We would like to point out that if your package is not picked up at the Post Office/package box in due time, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In that case, shipping fees equivalent to our costs will be charged.
Payment
All prices on Naturebaby are including VAT and excluding shipping. No money will be withdrawn from your account before the item has been shipped. No payment fees are charged on Naturebaby
We offer the following payment options:
1) Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron, Diners Club, Mobile Pay, Viabill credit and EAN invoicing. Payment is very simple and takes place on an encrypted and secure connection directly to PBS, which only you and PBS can read. Therefore, no one else can see or store your information. When paying with a credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment overview. You have no deductible in the event that your payment card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.
2) Viabill. You can read more about this option here: http://www.viabill.com
3)You have the option to pay with child benefits. This means that you order and receive your goods immediately, but that Naturebaby will only withdraw the money from your account the next time the child benefits are paid. That is, if you order on the same day that the child benefits come, the money will be withdrawn the same day. If you buy the day after the child benefits have been paid out, the money for your purchase will only be withdrawn the next time the child benefits are paid out. If, for some reason, we cannot deliver your order immediately and your order is therefore only delivered after the child benefits are received, we will also only withdraw the money when the goods are shipped. When using our service to pay with child benefits, the total order can be a maximum of 2,000 DKK including any fees and shipping. It is not possible to combine payment with child benefits and Viabill payment.
You will receive an email when the item is shipped with an invoice and shipping information.
Right of withdrawal/exchange
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. To use the extended return right compared to the original 14 days according to the Consumer Agreement Act, it requires that the item is not broken in packaging and that the item is still available in the shop.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you;
1) Have received your item
2) Take possession of the last item physically, when it comes to an agreement on several different items that are ordered in one order and delivered individually
3) Take possession of the last batch or the last part physically, when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of a product consisting of several batches or parts
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to contact@nature-baby.com. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back. You will find it attached to your order confirmation/item - alternatively, you can use our return portal.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving us clear notice of this.
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you withdraw part of your purchase.
Return
You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.
For items not picked up in post offices/package shops, the return shipping cost will be deducted in the same way as if you had returned via our return portal.
Certain items, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to children's beds, larger furniture, etc.
The costs of return shipping are expected to amount to approximately 600 kr. Beds and other furniture are often expensive to return, as they must be transported on pallets.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as one can in a physical store. You can test the item, but you must not put it into actual use.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the case of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If the purchase is returned later than 30 days after receipt, we may determine that the money should be refunded in the form of a gift card. For example, if the credit card has been blocked in the meantime and we are therefore unable to refund the money to the card used.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation for having returned it before then.

We would like to point out that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or packages sent to a parcel shop/post office.
What should I send back?
You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase, so we can see who the package is from.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Exchange
For exchanges, you must pay the shipping costs to have the items sent out again.
Right of complaint
When you shop at Naturebaby, you naturally have a 24-month right of complaint. If the item is damaged, you can send us an email with a description of the damage, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with information on how we will resolve the issue.
This may mean that you either get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. This is, of course, conditional on the complaint being justified and that the defect did not ariseet as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.
Therefore, remember to keep your invoice in case a et problem arises. We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have incurred in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. In practice, this will be the cheapest shipping method. When you return the item, please specify what the problem is, as detailed as possible.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in secure packaging and get a receipt for dispatch, so we can refund your shipping costs. Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
Product range
In the event that products or models are delayed from the supplier or are discontinuedet, Naturebaby will inform you about this.
Documentation and guidance: If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the item, these will accompany the delivery from Naturebaby. If you want further information or advice, you can contact us at contact@nature-baby.com. Naturebaby guarantees that the products meet the requirements for CE marking.
Gift cards
When purchasing a gift card, the card is active for 3 years from the date of purchase. It is possible to use the card in multiple transactions if desired. For example, if you have et a gift card for 1,000 DKK and use 500 DKK for an order, the remaining 500 will stay on the card to be used later. Et gift cards from Naturebaby are delivered electronically, as a PDF document, where you can download et the gift card, which you can print or send to the gift card recipient. If the card goes missing, it is possible to contact customer service to get the code issued again. You do not pay for shipping when purchasing gift cards!
Personal information
At Naturebaby, your information is confidential and will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Read more about our data protection policy.
In order for you to enter into an online agreement with Naturebaby, you must register with the following personal information:

• Address
• Email address
We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Naturebaby and is only deleted if the customer requests this. However, it is et requirement according to the bookkeeping law that the information is stored for at least 5 years. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it always occurs with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
Naturebaby is the data controller and is the only entity that has access to the information registered about you.
The director and employees at Naturebaby have access to the information registered about you.
Information provided to Naturebaby is not shared or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.
As a registered customer of Naturebaby, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. These rights are granted to you under the Data Protection Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Naturebaby via email contact@nature-baby.com.
Force majeure
As a result of force majeure, Naturebaby’s obligations cease. If the period of force majeure lasts longer than 2 months, both you and Naturebaby have the right to terminate the agreement, without any debt being owed to the liable party in such cases. Force majeure includes, among other things, strikes, import/export bans, regardless of whether this occurs at the company or the company's suppliers.
Reservations
Naturebaby reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions applicable to this website. It is important that you stay informed about any changes.

Complaint access
If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you should contact Naturebaby at contact@nature-baby.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to the Complaints House, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for the Complaints House.
To be able to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 kr. and at most 100,000 kr. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least 720 kr. It costs et fee to have the complaint processed.
