Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal/exchange
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. To take advantage of the extended return policy compared to the original 14 days according to the Consumer Contracts Act, the item must not be broken in its packaging and the item must still be available in the shop.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you;
1) Have received your item
2) Take physical possession of the last item when it comes to an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
3) Take physical possession of the last batch or the last part when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of an item consisting of several batches or parts
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notification must be sent by email to contact@nature-baby.com. In your notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back. You will find it included with your order confirmation/item - alternatively, you can use our return portal.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving us clear notification of this.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you withdraw part of your purchase.
Return
You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged securely.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.
For uncollected items in post offices/package shops, you will be charged the return shipping in the same way as if you had returned via our return portal.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature. This applies to Kids beds, larger furniture, etc.
The costs for returning are expected to amount to approximately 600 DKK. Beds and other furniture are often expensive to return as they must be transported on pallets.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any depreciation of the item's value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in the event of withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as one can in a physical store. You may try the item, but not use it in the usual sense.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If the purchase is returned later than 30 days after receipt, we may assess that the money should be returned in the form of a gift card. For example, if the credit card has been blocked in the meantime and we are therefore unable to refund the money to the card used.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your own choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of having returned it before then.

We would like to point out that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or packages sent to a parcel shop/post office.
What should I send back?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase so that we can see who the package is from.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Exchange
For exchanges, you must pay the shipping costs to have the items sent again.
