The lovely cradle from Hoppekids in size 40x80cm provides a secure start for your newborn. The small size of the cradle makes the transition from the mother's womb easier, as the little one is not used to so much space.

The cradle provides a secure and gentle movement, which closely resembles the rocking movement the child knows from the mother's womb. At the same time, the cradle is so small that it can easily be placed in many locations. For example, in the bedroom, near your bed, so you do not have to get up at night to comfort the baby.

The cradle can be converted into a smart bench when it is no longer to be used as a sleeping place. This significantly extends the lifespan of the cradle – and when a little brother or sister arrives, the bench can easily be converted back into a cradle.

Material:

The cradle is made of pine wood and MDF. It is surface-treated with environmentally friendly, water-based lacquer, without harmful and unnecessary chemicals.

Cleaning: Can be washed with a well-wrung cloth and mild soapy water.

The Nordic Swan Ecolabelled ECO mattress in size 80x7x40cm from Hoppekids is an allergy-friendly quality mattress. The mattress has a soft surface and a shape-retaining interior that ensures maximum lying comfort and a good night's sleep for your child.

The mattress core is made of Waterlily® foam. Waterlily® foam is an environmentally friendly high-quality product that provides a resilient, soft and comfortable comfort that is even better than cold foam. Waterlily is an environmentally friendly and durable material that takes safety, health and environmental aspects into account throughout the product's lifetime. Waterlily retains its shape and thereby provides lasting comfort properties. The mattress core is flame-retardant without the use of additives.

The mattress is certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. This means that the product meets strict requirements regarding the environment, health, quality and safety – throughout the product's life cycle. The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is the official environmental label throughout the Nordic countries. Being official means that it has the support of the authorities. The certification requirements are constantly tightened to promote sustainable development.

The mattress is supplied including a mattress cover consisting of soft bamboo fibres on the outside with quilted thermould, which directs moisture and heat away from the body. The cover has a zip on 3 sides, making it easy and quick to fit. For safety reasons, the mattress cover is made slightly larger than the mattress itself in case of shrinkage during washing.

In accordance with the safety standard DS/EN 16890:2017, the puller on the zip slider has been removed so that it is not possible for a child to open the mattress cover. The cover can be opened during washing by inserting a paper clip into the slider.
