Doomoo Cooling Gel Band - Cold or Heat

With its soft and ergonomic design, the gel pad follows the body's contours and sits comfortably in your underwear.

The pad is filled with gel beads, which provide an even distribution of heat or cold, depending on what the body needs.

Use the gel pad cold to relieve swelling, soreness, and discomfort in the perineum or lower abdomen after childbirth. It also provides a cooling and pleasant feeling for breast engorgement.

Use the gel pad warm for a relaxing and soothing warmth over the lower abdomen or back – perfect for menstrual pain or tension. During breastfeeding, it can also provide relief and help promote milk flow.

Two washable covers and 5 disposable covers are included for hygienic and comfortable use.

For cold use: place the pad in the freezer for 2 hours.

For warm use: gently heat in a water bath for 1 minute or in the microwave at 700 W for 15 seconds.
