With small new citizens of the world in your arms, it is important to ensure that they are kept warm continuously. Little heads give off quite a bit of heat, and they cannot regulate their own temperature or tell you if they are cold. 

I learned, when my first child was a baby, that little ones should wear a hat/sleep with a hat on in all months that contain an 'r'. That means only May, June, July and August are exempt. Although do just check May anyway, because it can be a tricky one.

Disana's knitted wool hat protects baby's sensitive head and gently wraps it in warm, soft organic merino wool.

With a special cut and extra fine flat seams, it is ensured that nothing pinches or is uncomfortable, even when baby is lying down.

Two wide, flexible knitted ties also prevent the hat from slipping.

Washing instructions

We recommend washing Disana wool items by hand. This is best done in the sink, in cold water, with Disana wool shampoo. Never wring or rub the products, just press gently through. Then rinse at the same water temperature and gently squeeze out the water.

If you prefer machine washing, do so on the wool program, cold and without spinning or only with a maximum of 400 revolutions. However, machine washing wool is always at your own risk.

Tip!

If you have got stains on the wool product, gall soap is absolutely the best solution.

Stains from feces can also be bleached by placing your wool product in the sun.

Before use, or once in a while for a little extra care, it is also highly recommended to give the diaper pants a lanolin treatment.

Lanolin protects the wool, enhances the water-repellent effect, and has an antibacterial effect.
