There has been a question on the email about steel lunchboxes, and as it may be of interest to many, I am thinking of posting my answer on the blog. :)
Question:
Hello,
I am considering replacing my children's plastic lunchboxes with the ones you have in steel. Are they much better, and which of the ones you have are suitable for children in kindergarten and school age - I find it difficult to figure out their size. :)
Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the email. There are many reasons to switch to steel. The whole issue of harmful chemicals can be eliminated when you choose a lunchbox in 18/8 quality steel. Remember to ensure this quality before buying. In addition, the lunchboxes last longer. A lunchbox or water bottle in steel is virtually indestructible, it will last for many years. It goes in the dishwasher without any problems.
For children over 8/9 years old who need to bring food for the whole day, I recommend the large lunchboxes from Lunchbots. They have plenty of space for both sandwiches, pasta salad, and the like, and they can hold all the snacks. If it's only for lunch, the normal size is enough.
For younger children, I recommend the regular sizes, unless they have a big appetite and need food for the whole day, including snacks, then you might have to sneak up to a large one.
The large ones can generally hold a lot of food, enough for a good adult lunch. Therefore, they can be a bit too big if you don't need food for the whole day and can't fill it up completely.

I can also recommend taking a look at our water bottles from Klean Kanteen in steel. They last a lifetime and are great for children (and adults!). https://naturebaby.dk/collections/klean-kanteen
I hope I have answered your question, otherwise, feel free to ask again. :)
