Medical silicone is the absolute purest material for the purpose, and ensures that your breast and milk are not exposed to harmful chemicals.

Medical silicone is free from PVC, BPA, phthalates, softeners.

The bottle can be used as a supplement to the breast pump as an extra bottle or on its own if you use formula milk.

The bottle is compatible with the removable accessories in Haakaa's range, so you can easily switch between different equipment such as breast pump and bottle teat.

The bottle is made of medical silicone and the hard plastic is polypropylene without harmful chemicals.

The package includes:

• 1 haakaa bottle of 160 ml
• 1 anti-colic slow flow bottle teat 0-3 months
  
• 1 mounting ring
• 1 lid

Regarding the storage of breast milk, we recommend following the guidelines of the Danish Health Authority:

Freshly expressed breast milk:

3 days in the refrigerator at max. +5°.

6 months in the freezer at -18°.

Thawed breast milk:

Slowly thawed milk can be kept for 1 day in the refrigerator.

Rapidly thawed milk should be used immediately.

Thawed milk should not be refrozen.

Heated breast milk:

Leftover heated milk should always be discarded.

You can advantageously store breast milk in the smart containers from Baby Yummy.

Cleaning and hygiene:

Haakaa recommends cleaning your breast pump every time you use it. You can do this by sterilizing it, i.e. pouring boiling water over it and letting it sit for 2-3 minutes.

Do not use cleaning or bleaching agents or UV devices, as they can damage the breast pump and its lifespan.
